We own 4,900 acres of land and have plans for the development of 17,500 residential units, as well as over 3 million square feet of mixed-use and commercial development.
KPC MOUNT PALOMAR WINERY
A 90 acre operating winery acquired in 2019. Fully entitled for multiple additions including 145 hotel rooms, 29 villas, wine production, and a 3,000 seat outdoor amphitheater.
KPC HEMET SHOPPING CENTER
A two-acre shopping center featuring more than 20,000 sq. ft of retail and mixed-use space located in Hemet, California.
Hailing from India, Dr. Chaudhuri has also made significant contributions to his homeland, where he owns and operates a substantial hospital. Additionally, he has established a world-class academic medical institution, showcasing his commitment to excellence, and paying homage to his roots.
Dr. Chaudhuri orchestrated an early convergence of health, real estate, and hospitality by acquiring and operating premier healthcare facilities. Currently, The KPC Group owns and operates 7 hospitals across Southern California, boasting a total of over 1,200 hospital beds and a network of over 4,000 contracted doctors.
